Mission Minded Sunday

Sunday, August 5, both hours, MPR

Mission Minded Sunday gives us all an opportunity to learn about new and existing ministries within The Chapel, our community, and our world. ABFs will be participating together on this Sunday in order to give everyone an opportunity to learn about these ministries. All adults are encouraged to come during the hour opposite of their usual worship time.

Partnering for the Kingdom
We will learn about a number of domestic and overseas mission efforts and issues at our next Mission Minded Sunday.

Our agenda includes:

• Greg Norwine of GlobalFingerprints, the child sponsorship ministry of the EFCA will tell us about that organization and how we can be involved in meeting the physical and spiritual needs of children.
• David Russell of SonSet Solutions will explain how that ministry – which we have served on recent CIA Days – supplies radios that help reach lost people with the gospel.
• Pastor Corey Kugle will report on his recent work in Zambia, where he partnered with other EFCA pastors to train local preachers.

ABFs will be participating together on this Sunday in order to give everyone an opportunity to learn about these ministries. All adults are encouraged to come during the hour opposite of their usual worship time.
