Ladies, with a desire to meet the varied needs of women of The Chapel and our community, we are presenting several topics for study this fall. First we will gather as a large group to have our hearts and minds drawn to Jesus. Then we will spend 1-1/2 hours in small groups studying, discussing God's word, sharing prayer needs and praying together.
Childcare from birth to six years with age-appropriate programming to teach God's love is available. Please sign up as soon as possible so we can plan our children's program appropriately.
We would love to have you join us and invite a friend or neighbor. If you have any questions, please call Marla Hutchinson at 429-6334 or Catie Holt at 491-0808.
Following is a list of the topics that are available. Come with expectant hearts to receive personally from the Lord, and with a desire to share our lives with each other. It is our desire to "carry each other's burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ" (Gal. 6:2).

We all hope to have a great marriage after the excitement of a beautiful engagement and a picture-perfect wedding! Those expectations can offer challenges as the reality of life becomes cleared. In this study, Elizabeth George encourages us to study God’s Word in order to develop a closer relationship with Christ. With that as our first priority, we can learn how to love and respect our husbands with plenty of fun along the way. Join us as we dive into Scripture, pray, laugh, and share life together!

So many people have a religion that just doesn’t work. It’s never really made a lasting difference in the way they live. Consequently, their lives are filled with dissatisfaction, turmoil, and shattered dreams Is there any hope, any way out, any true comfort? Oh, yes! It’s all in Isaiah, where God is ready to speak directly to you through His Work. As you probe Isaiah’s message, you’ll see a society at a crossroads, much like ours: Will they face judgment and captivity, or will they repent, look to their Savior, and be delivered? When Isaiah encountered the Holy One of Israel, he was transformed and given a mission. Now it’s your turn!

All day, every day, an invisible war rages around you—unseen, unheard, yet felt throughout every aspect of your life. A devoted, devilish enemy seeks to wreak havoc on everything that matters to you: your heart, your mind, your marriage, your children, your relationships, your resilience, your dreams, your destiny. But his battle plan depends on catching you unaware and unarmed. If you're tired of being pushed around and caught with your guard down, this study is for you.
The enemy always fails miserably when he meets a woman dressed for the occasion. The Armor of God, more than merely a biblical description of the believer's inventory, is an action plan for putting it on and developing a personalized strategy to secure victory.
This is a video-driven study with homework five days per week.
*Please note that the first 2 weeks of our semester will be devoted to completing last semester's study, Discerning the Voice of God by Priscilla Shirer.
Preparation time: 30 minutes, five days per week

Joseph was called the fruitful vine, and yet his life was filled with the trauma of hostility, rejection, wrongful accusations, and imprisonment. Have your or those you love been wounded by others so deeply that you question how you can get past the hurt? Or has perhaps some difficult life event left you distrustful, doubtful, and angry at God?
This Bible study of the life of Joseph will demonstrate and model how God’s power can heal and transform our pain and give us purposeful and productive lives. We will focus not on formulas but on joining with each other in seeking God’s presence and guidance in our own life circumstances.
Preparation time: 20–30 minutes, 4 days a week
